Test the simplified model on the actual Holobox. Fine pipework, transparent surfaces and small labels that look clear on a workstation can disappear under exhibition lighting. A physical test gives the team time to adjust scale, contrast, camera position and the pace of each reveal.

Yes, if the digital twin is presented as a guided sequence rather than a complete control-room interface. Begin with the recognisable asset, reveal the relevant subsystem and then introduce the condition, data point or operational decision that matters to the visitor.

Live data can be useful, but it is not required for every demonstration. A well-designed approved data scenario can communicate the principle without depending on venue connectivity or exposing operational information. If a live integration is necessary, prepare a local demonstration mode that keeps the visual running if the connection is interrupted.

A technical buyer, government stakeholder, investor and potential partner may approach the same stand with different questions. Prepare a short automatic loop for passing visitors, followed by a limited set of deeper sequences that a representative can trigger for exploration, production, processing, low-carbon technology, AI or another relevant theme.

The stand team should know which sequence supports each type of conversation. After the visual introduction, move naturally to a physical sample, specification, technical expert, meeting request or commercial discussion instead of leaving the visitor to navigate a long menu alone.

An AI avatar can welcome visitors, offer language selection and answer a controlled set of approved questions about a product or process. Place the Holobox where the main subject is visible from the aisle but where three or four people can pause without blocking the entrance. Check direct spotlights, nearby LED walls, polished metal and moving machinery that could compete with the image or create reflections across the viewing chamber.

Leave space for a representative to stand beside the unit and point to the model. Test the final content, power, audio, content controls and any network connection under the completed stand lighting. Keep approved media and a non-interactive version stored locally so the central demonstration can continue even if a live integration or venue network becomes unavailable.

Brief more than one stand representative on the message, controls and lead handover. The experience should remain useful while technical specialists are in meetings and during the busiest periods of the show.
