Holo DXB (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a holographic display rental and content production company based at Sobha Ivory 2, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through holodxb.com (the “Site”) and our booking process.

We only collect information you provide directly or that is generated automatically as you use the Site.

• →Information you submit through the booking form: full name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, venue type, intended dates, and the message you write to us.
• →Email correspondence you send to sales@holodxb.com or support@holodxb.com.
• →Technical data automatically logged by our hosting provider: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. Used to keep the Site secure and to understand which content is read.
• →Aggregated, non-identifying analytics data on page performance and visitor flow (provided by Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights).

• →Respond to your booking enquiry and prepare a quote.
• →Confirm a rental, schedule installation, and provide ongoing support during your activation.
• →Send you operational emails directly related to your booking.
• →Improve the Site, fix bugs, prevent fraud, and maintain security.
• →Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use lead information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

To deliver the Site and respond to enquiries we use the following third-party processors:

• →Vercel Inc. — hosts the Site and provides anonymous analytics. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• →Resend — delivers transactional emails from the booking form to our inbox. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• →Google Workspace — our business email provider used to receive and respond to enquiries.

If we later add advertising tracking (for example Meta Pixel or Google Ads conversion tracking), this section and the cookie notice on the Site will be updated before any such tracking goes live.

Our hosting and email providers operate servers outside the United Arab Emirates (primarily the United States and the European Union). When you submit information through the Site, you understand and consent that it may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in those jurisdictions. We choose providers that operate to internationally recognized security standards.

Booking enquiries are kept for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond, fulfil the rental, manage any post- event follow-up, and meet our accounting and legal record- keeping obligations. Where we have no continuing relationship with you, we delete or anonymise enquiry data within a reasonable period.

Under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”), and similar data-protection laws that may apply to you, you have the right to:

• →Access the personal data we hold about you.
• →Have inaccurate data corrected.
• →Request deletion of your data where there is no legitimate reason for us to keep it.
• →Object to or restrict certain processing.
• →Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
• →Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

To exercise any of these rights, email sales@holodxb.com from the address associated with your enquiry. We respond within 30 days.

The Site currently uses only essential cookies required for core functionality plus the anonymous performance analytics described above. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set at the time of writing. If this changes, a cookie banner will appear on first visit asking for your consent before any non-essential cookies are placed.

Information is transmitted to our Site over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest by our providers. We restrict access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted information.

The Site is intended for business clients and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date below reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for a reasonable period.
