Terms of service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of holodxb.com (the “Site”) and any preliminary booking enquiries you submit through it. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Confirmed rentals are governed by a separate written rental agreement signed between you and Holo DXB. Where these Terms conflict with the signed rental agreement, the rental agreement prevails.

The Site is operated by Holo DXB, located at Sobha Ivory 2, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these Terms refer to Holo DXB.

We provide holographic display hardware on a rental basis, together with optional 3D content production, install, calibration, remote content management, and on-site support. Specifications, indicative pricing and use cases are published on the Site for guidance and may be updated at any time without notice.

Submitting a booking enquiry through the Site is an invitation to discuss a possible rental. It is not a binding order. A rental is only confirmed once we have provided you with a written quote, a signed rental agreement is in place, and any required deposit has been received.

The information you provide in an enquiry must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you supply (venue, dates, audience, content requirements).

Prices on the Site (for example daily, weekly and monthly rental rates) are indicative starting prices in AED and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Final pricing, applicable taxes, deposits, payment terms and cancellation fees are set out in the signed rental agreement. Further details on what is included in a rental, return procedure and equipment coverage are described on the Rentals & Support page and incorporated into your rental agreement.

You agree not to:

• →Use the Site or our services for any unlawful purpose.
• →Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, server, or related infrastructure.
• →Interfere with the Site's normal operation, including via automated scraping at a volume that degrades service.
• →Submit false, misleading or third-party personal information through the booking form without authority.
• →Copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of any part of the Site except as permitted in writing.

All content on the Site — including the HOLO DXB name and logo, page copy, page layout, photography, illustrations, and source code — is owned by Holo DXB or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of the Site without prior written consent.

3D assets, scenes or characters that we produce for you as part of a paid engagement are licensed to you under the terms specified in the rental agreement (typically a non-exclusive licence limited to the activation for which they were produced).

The Site may link to third-party services (for example WhatsApp, social media platforms, our hosting and email providers’ privacy notices). We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied or statutory — regarding the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or free of harmful components. Information on the Site is for general guidance and may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site (not including a signed rental agreement, which has its own liability framework) is limited to AED 100 or the amount you paid for use of the Site in the preceding twelve months, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or loss of data, however caused.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holo DXB, its directors, employees and contractors from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you submit through the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date below reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
