③ Booking
Signed agreement, simple deposit.
Every rental is confirmed against a signed agreement and a deposit covering the booking dates. We send the agreement and deposit details after the initial brief and quote — typically within one working day.
Once dates are confirmed we lock the unit, schedule install, and assign a technician contact. Quote-to-booking usually closes in 24 to 72 hours.

⑤ Coverage
Who covers
what.
Holo DXB is responsible for equipment functionality at handover. You’re responsible for proper care and usage during the rental.

- • Unauthorized modifications

⑥ Cancellation
Plans change. We get it.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental start date may incur a cancellation fee. Outside that window, deposit is fully refundable subject to the signed agreement.

For complex installations, our technicians provide setup, calibration, and on-site standby. If equipment misbehaves during your rental, contact support immediately and we’ll triage.
